It
Takes a Team to Build Your Next
Facility
TBC
would like to be a part of your
team!
Before
you select your team members you should understand
their history. We would like to take this
opportunity to help you understand ours.
We
believe a picture is worth a thousand words, so we
have included lots of photos, to show you what we
have done.
Earle,
Trapper Brown started the business in 1952, and for
the next 15 years he developed a fine reputation as
a small businessman. Trapper was reliable and an
excellent craftsman doing mostly remodeling and
renovation work with an occasional house or two.
Trapper Brown opened it's doors over 50 years ago
in Holderness, NH and has remained in Holderness
keeping the same phone number the entire
time.
That's
Stability!!
Rick
Brown purchased his dad's stock in 1973 and changed
the name to Trapper Brown Corporation. During the
1970's TBC gained a reputation for doing many
Design/Build projects, including: Chittendon County
Transportation Authority in Burlington, VT; several
Burndy Corporation projects in Lincoln and
Littleton, NH; Jones & Vining projects in both
Conway, NH and Lewiston, ME. TBC also did many
Design/Build school projects, Winnisquam Regional
Middle School, Barrington School and Wentworth
Elemetary School to name a few.
During
the late 1970's and through the 80's Trapper Brown
Corporation developed 5 business parks in Maine,
New Hampshire, Vermont and Virginia. At one time,
TBC owned and leased nearly one million square feet
of commercial/industrial space.
As
a Real Estate Owner ourselves we learned to better
appreciate the needs of our customers.
Trapper
Brown Corporation changed hands again in April of
2006. My goal is to continue with Trapper Brown
Corporation's tradition of providing the best
service possible. Our job is to help our customers
succeed with their goals and dreams.
TBC
is here to assist you whether you want us to design
from the ground up or participate in any phase of
your construction needs.
In
this brochure we have included photos of one of our
more complex job - Green Mountain Power Company, a
64,000 square foot Design/Build Turn Key project.
We have included many others with different designs
and appearances. We have built a 100 unit
congregate living centers, office buildings, fire
stations, salt sheds, warehouses and many other
types as you can see in the
brochure.
Our
specialty projects are Design/Build of commercial
and industrial facilities.
Our
subcontractors represent TBC on the job site so
when we select a subcontractor we hire them on
their ability to perform the job in a reasonable
time frame, with the quality of work expected. We
are still using some subcontractors and suppliers
that Trapper used in the late 1950's.
With
over 1,200 projects completed we recognize the
importance of satisfying all our
customers.
We
look forward to helping you on your
project.
We
make it happen!
