order to complete Manchester
Manufacturing/Sears Roebuck's facility
between November and May, we had to work
fast! Our best day of earth moving
resulted in our dumping a truck load of
material every 15 seconds for a 9 hour
day! In order to place 600 yards of
concrete floor in one day, we used three
redi-mix companies: one from NH, one from
Vermont, and another from
Canada!

1977, Rehrig Pacific Company leased 20,600
sq. ft. of office and manufacturing space
from us. Since then, they have bought the
building and we have remodeled the office
area a couple times, made major site
changes, and we've built two additions
with the last being completed in
1996.
