When
Maple Grove Farms of Vermont, Inc. needed
their 26,000 sq. ft. warehouse completed
by August, TBC was able to complete it 17
days ahead of schedule,earning another
substantial early completion bonus, plus a
years supply of maple syrup. "We
started out with a rough picture of what
we wanted, but with many questions. As a
result, we decided that design/build was
the best option for our particular set of
needs. We also have a very difficult site
to deal with due to being bordered by a
river on two sides, a 100 year old
National Historic register building and a
set of active railroad tracks on the
other. In short, Trapper Brown helped us
work through a very tough permitting
process (ACT250), managed to get us into
our new warehouse approximately two weeks
early, and managed to keep us within 1% of
our initial budget. All in all, they did a
